We meet every first Wednesday of the month from 7 pm to reflect on past events and plan new ones. The plenum is an unofficial organ of the Queerreferat alongside the general meeting and the board.
- The plenum is responsible for organising operations and events for the coming month.
- It is a platform for involving our visitors in fundamental and important decisions. The plenum also has far-reaching decision-making powers due to its long tradition. The organisers and the Executive Board consider themselves bound by the decisions of the plenum and only deviate from them in extraordinary cases, and then only with justification.
- Transparency towards the members is promoted through monthly reporting. Occasional visitors and newcomers can find out here in which other areas the Queerreferat is involved.
